4.  How can I support my P&S staff member's career growth?

Refer to the Career Development Planning site to help you understand more about the intersection of organizational needs and individuals interests. To explore information related to career development opportunities, you can use the Job Classification View Tool, available in Self Service > Administration > HR Inquiry.  The tool allows you to review the Key Areas of Responsibility and Competencies for a job classification and compare them to other classifications within the job family, providing an easy way to view differences in responsibilities and abilities between them.  This helps determine what has or might change about an individual's job.
