To help you understand how a staff member might have grown or needs to grow in a particular job classification, you can use the Job Classification View Tool, available through the e-Personnel file in Self Service > Administration > Data Access. The tool allows you to review the Key Areas of Responsibility and Competencies for a job classification and compare them to other classifications within the job family, providing an easy way to view differences in responsibilities and abilities between them. This helps determine what has or might change about the job.
